BUZZZ ICE CREAM FRANCHISE
What are you looking for in a Buzzz Ice Cream franchisee?
The potential franchisee must have a personal
engagement in the business, show willingness to learn, have good financial discipline, and can empower his store staff to
perform their best.
How much investment to own a Buzzz Ice Cream kiosk?
Total investment is estimated at P 900,000.00, including set-
up cost for a standard kiosk, working capital, franchise fee, and administrative expenses.
What is the area required for the kiosk?
The kiosk must have a minimum area of at least six (6) square meters with a
frontage of 3 meters.
Who selects and approves the kiosk location?
The franchisee scouts for feasible locations while the franchisor assists in
assessing and approving the proposed site.
Who pays for the kiosk expenses?
Operational expenses such as rent, salary, utilities, and related costs shall be
shouldered by the franchisee.
What is the estimated payback period?
18 to 24 months. However, factors affect the payback period like kiosk sales
performance, prudent cost management, level of investment and franchisee’s compliance with franchisor standards.
How long is the franchise period?
The initial franchise term is for three (3) years renewable at mutual option of
the franchisee and franchisor.
How are products supplied?
The franchisor shall provide continuous product supply on a cash-per-order basis for the entire duration of the franchise.
Is there a standard kiosk look and design?
The franchisor sets the standard on kiosk design, layout, signages and equipment.
What trainings are provided to franchisees and staff?
The franchisor provides initial training and requires franchisees and staff to complete the training sessions. Franchisee provides for the allowance of staff while training.
What is the turnaround time from franchise approval to store opening?
After completing all requirements, the kiosk can open in 60 days.
Can a franchisee sell other items in the kiosk?
This is not allowed. The franchisee is required to promote and sell the authorized, proprietary products of Bohol Bee Farm. The franchisee’s kiosk operation is guided by the standards required by the franchisor.

Buzzz Café Franchising Corp. (BCFC)
Application Form
Submit the Letter of Intent (LOI) to Franchise a Buzzz Ice Cream
and the Franchise Qualification Form;
Business Meeting
BCFC to conduct an Initial Business Meeting with the Applicant;
Processing Fee
Franchise Processing Fee of P 30,000.00, a non-refundable amount that will form part of the franchise fee;
Profiling
The Applicant to undergo a Franchisee Profiling (credit check)
to be conducted by an accredited service provider;
Interview
The Applicant to undergo a Franchise Panel Interview;
Approved & Agreement
The Applicant shall execute the Franchise Agreement and settle the amount of Initial Franchise Investment;
Onboard
BCFC to formally onboard the New Franchisee, and,
Training
New Franchisee to attend the Operations Training Program.
